Quail Hollow Manor House - Rental Informtaion
The former H.B Stewart Manor House, located at Quail Hollow State park, is a designated Historical Landmark. It sits among 700 acres of forest, rolling meadows, marshes and ponds. The Manor House is surrounded by manicured lawn, formal gardens and landscaped beauty.
It is available for adult activities such as bridal and baby showers, graduation, anniversary, or retirement parties, and for small weddings and receptions.
Rental by appointment only. Please contact an event coordinator @ 330-877-6652 for available dates.
Security deposit
A security deposit of $200.00 will be required with the signed agreement, for each Manor House rental.
Rental Rates
*Dining Room and Kitchen $150.00/ five hours
$50.00 each additional hour
*Library and Kitchen 250.00/ five hours
$50.00 each additional hour
*Kitchen Only Rental 50.00/ hour
*Wedding reception rental must be made for the entire first floor
Dancing in basement Pine Room only 400.00/ five hours

Monday - Saturday: 10:00AM - 10:00PM
Sunday: 12:00pm - 8:00PM
(This includes clean-up time)
Capacity
Wedding Services may be performed in the Visitor Center, Dining Room,
Library, Main Staircase or Gazebo.
Capacity for the Dining Room is 42 people.
Capacity for the Library is 64 people.
Capacity for the Visitor's Center is 20 people.
Room Setup
Six and eight foot tables are available with padded stack chairs.
Also, a round cake table.
Outside Gazebo
Gazebo or Gardens are available for $100.00/ 2 hours.
